Pot Roast & Pinot delivers the culinary excellence and charming service of a fine diner in a cozy atmosphere with a chic interior. The environment is always relaxed and allows you to feel comfortable whether you're stopping by for a quick lunch, extravagant dinner date or anything else in between. Seating options include the chef's counter, intimate tables in the stylish interior, the spacious climate controlled breezeway or at the bar.

Comfort food is king and modern flourishes add personality to classic dishes while maintaining their welcome familiarity. Lunch, dinner, late night and weekend brunch allow for different experiences and include many gluten-free, vegetarian and even vegan options.

As the name infers, Pot Roast & Pinot has a well thought out wine list, offering many wines not available elsewhere in Pensacola. A full bar including creative cocktails and craft beer is also available.

Pot Roast & Pinot was conceptualized by Aimee Wilson and Joe Abston. They wanted to offer classic comfort food with an elevated and modern twist along with wines they love not found in other local establishments.

It was important that the atmosphere, food and service be upscale but a friendly relaxed vibe and old school diner style open kitchen. In 2013 this concept came to fruition in a charming diner at 321 East Cervantes St in Pensacola which remained our home until August 2018 when we began the move to our next chapter.

We are excited and proud to start the next stage of our story at our new location, 11B Palafox Place. Located in the stunning breezeway of One Palafox Place and designed from the ground up by us. We have maintained everything that made us a Pensacola favorite and added some surprises that we think you will love.
